What is a good handwritten letter company for direct mail?

I have sent out thousands of direct mail cards in Norfolk, VA and have had no luck. Does anyone know of any direct mail companies that send out handwritten letters? "Handwritten" computer fonts do not work, I have tried them. Thank you!
