What should I pay attention to or ask for during a video tour

I'm a Newbie so any advice/suggestion will be greatly appreciated!. I found an interesting SFH property in Indy that I plan to tour virtually fairly soon. Is there anything I should pay attention to or any questions I should ask during a virtual tour?

Anything I should be aware of when investing in indy - irvington area? I have read a few posts on BP (Indy neighborhood grading etc.) and have done my spreadsheet calculation. but anything else I should be aware of or pay attention to? pulling trigger on my first rental property is kinda scary so trying to do as much homework as possible!

Appreciate everyone's advice!
