I Just Got Pre-Approved for $200K

Hello BP army i need help i just got pre approval for $200K FHA 3.5% down $7K

I have 20K saved up and I am looking for a house hack duplex triplex or quad maybe a large SFH

I need a place to live and i want this thing to pay for itself I will self manage the property

I'm going to use good tenant screening to get good tenants and less headaches 

please give me advice Thanks

anyone got anything for sale in ST Louis and surrounding areas please message me
