LegalZoom to set up Real Estate LLC?
So I’m going to set up an entity to hold my investment properties.
Does anyone think that legal zoom would develop a legit enough LLC or should I work closely with a lawyer.?

Hi Jake - Disclosure, I am not a lawyer, and suggest you research this yourself. This should need be taken as legal advice.
I've worked with quite a few RE owners, and if you are the sole owner of the LLC I find legal zoom to be useless. All you need to form an LLC is obtain an EIN with the IRS(free and takes 10 minutes on website) register and file your LLC with PA (very easy on their website and pay the fee) and write an operating agreement of how the LLC will be run.
