New investor real estate

Hi All!

I've just started in the bigger pockets’ community for a few days. Am I looking to get into the lucrative business of real estate to achieved financial freedom and building wealth. I'm now looking to connect with many others on this site as well as grab as much as advice from you all as possible!

I do have about $60,000 liquid cash to start my investment journey. I really need help where the opportunities, wholesale. Starting smaller would probably be a better goal to get to know the process a little easier and "safer".

Please Any helps or advice as to how I should go about starting my voyage. I am living in VA/MD/DC area.
