Do I need a Sales Tax License for repairs
I'm having trouble finding this on the web, probably because it's simpler than I'm making it out to be. In Colorado. I was going to charge a cleaning fee of $50 dollars, but I will need new drip pans. Would I just put that as a line item for the cost of the drip pan as a reciept for the tenant who moved out? Or would I just charge 75$ for the cleaning fee and just buy the drip pans and not worry about identifying it on the itemization? Just trying to make sure I don't get into a gray area when it comes to sales tax, since it is an item, but I'm just being reimbursed for it.
