How can I know when an foreclosure auction changes date?
I have been looking up county records for foreclosures in my area. It seems that the notice of trustees sale record gets filed, but auctions dates get postponed often. When that happens a document is not recorded. How do you guys keep updated on the everchanging days and times of foreclosure auctions?
