How do you manage stress that comes with landlording?

Regardless Issue with tenant is bigger or smaller, life becomes stress full and I loose my peace of mind. Any advise on how to handle this especially if your goal is to expand in future!

@J Pat

Keep a healthy safety net (cash), screen tenants well, be firm (letting that late payment slide is a no go, it is in your contract), don’t do business with family or friends, document your business so you aren’t making stuff up on the fly.
