New to real estate investing

Hi,

I am brand new to real estate investing and would like to start using this site as efficient as possible. I have read rich dad poor dad, etc. and am wondering, how to invest with the smallest amount of money down, whom to connect with regarding financing, etc. how to evaluate the property, whether it makes sense to file an LLc to be the owner of the property, etc. Love to hear about a good starting point.
