Newbie looking to get in with right people

Hey guys! So recently I have been laid off from my job because of COVID related issues. I an taking it as an opportunity as opposed to being down about it. For the last 10 years or so i have been working in construction. I have worked on remodeling/ renovation crews as well as new construction crews. My most recent role was project management of new construction. So i have a pretty good understanding of the business. With this knowledge i have picked up over the years i want to start making something for myself and learning the business from an investor perspective. I am reaching out to all of my Philadelphia investors. I would be happy to join a team of investors or learn from an individual but just looking to learn as much as i can from the investor side of this business. My end goal will be a buy and hold strategy that i can cash flow off of monthly. I find that the most appealing to me as I believe that will give me the best chance to take back my time that we all give to the corporate world!! Would be great to hear from people in the Philadelphia area. Thanks guys hope this finds you well.
