Can you be sponsored by a mortgage broker and a sales broker?

Hi BP, I am starting out in RE as a market analyst and I will be moving over to brokerage within a couple of months. I have been studying for my RE exam as well as for an MLO exam. My current brokerage does not offer a lending arm and I was wondering if it would be possible to be sponsored under my current broker as sales agent while sponsored under another broker as a lending agent. Thanks!
