I'm curretlnly a senior in school. Graduate December of 2013, start MBA in january. Real Estate investing has been an obsession of mine for about 2 years now. I'm finally ready to start. i have read up on the beginners guide, blogs etc. However i do not have a mentor. I just Want to BUY AND get my first property out of the way. HOW?
