New Construction Home Beginner
Hey guys, I've been working for a home builder in OKC for the past 2 years. I would like to build my own spec homes in the future within the next year or so. What would you guys suggest I can do now to put my best foot forward once I start. I already have a great credit 700+, no debt, and experience on managing/scheduling/permits needed/inspections/quality walks of new construction homes. I plan on building my first spec while still working my full time job. After I build/sell a couple successfully I plan to do it fulltime. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
