Newbie here. Trying to find the best way to get started. Wholesaling? Sheriff sale? Financing a mortgage? Househacking? I’d appreciate advice and would love to hear how you got started. I know its gonna take work, but I guess I’m trying to figure out a simple way to begin.

Save the money you need to execute the strategy you want to pursue. Take a the time to become educated on the different strategies and zero in on one. Even something like wholesaling requires a lot of money in marketing to have a sustainable business over time. The good credit is an excellent start!
