New to RE but curious to know where some are actively looking in the Atlanta area. West side near the quarry? Decatur? Southwest ATL? Any success stories?

Great advice! Shortly after posting this I was reading about Gwinnett County and Chamblee both being excellent areas at the moment. Hadn’t previously considered either but will take a closer look now!  Thanks!
