Hello, I'm a newbie and enjoying the great information that is found on this site. I was wondering if anyone could share what market indicators do they look at when deciding to invest in a market that is out of state.  I was advised to look over data found in city-data.com.  It would be helpful to get information from seasoned professionals.  Thank you.
