BP Rental Calculator

Hey guys, this is my first ever post. I love the rental calculator, but do I really have to be a member to run more than one report? I keep getting an error letting me know only members can create new reports. I can't even view the one I created yesterday. Seems like it's an error or issue with the tool. Anybody else having this issue?
