First Time Investment Purchase
Hi! I am in the final stages of purchasing my first investment property. Closing within the next couple of weeks. The property is a 3 family, all fully rented. All of the tenants have been there for multiple years and are currently month to month. My question is, should new lease agreements be written up with tenants and would it be a bad idea to increase rents?
