Investing with People’s Capital Group?
I’m not sure how to categorize myself, to say whether I am new at this or not. I’ve been a landlord of two homes that each started out as my residence before being placed into rental service, so I’ve been exposed to RE from this perspective since 2014. However, my desire to be a more intentional and active RE investor makes me new the possibilities.
As such, all my LinkedIn activity led me to a webinar offered by People’s Capital Group, which is a syndicator (please correct me if I’m using terms incorrectly!). I am very intrigued by their offering, which seems like it would be more profitable than a buying and holding a rental property.
I googled the company but couldn’t find much besides their own sponsored/authored content. I’m nervous about investing such a big chunk of money to this mostly unknown entity. Has anyone ever worked with them and is willing to speak about their experience? They have a few google reviews that are all 5 stars, but I’m sure I could find a few friends to go post some sweet reviews for me if asked. Is it possible my entire investment could be lost? I’m not sure how to evaluate the risk.
