Expenses in Rental Calculator?

Hey hey! I'm new to BiggerPockets and investing so I'm trying to learn as much as I can prior to making my first purchase - in order to be knowledgeable about return. I'm using the Rental calculator here, but am not sure what to enter in the "Expenses" portion. Are there any guidelines of what to put in there? Thanks for any help!
