Is anyone looking to buy in the Denver area?

REI can be very cut-throat and with the number of investors, contractors, PM lenders, etc. in the field it can create a scene of discouragement to smaller operations that don't have the cash to get the good money making deals! I'd just like to know if there's any RE investors in the Denver area that are searching and if there are contractors looking to get boots on the ground.
