30k saved but not a lot coming in.

I'm looking for some advice on where to get started. I have no experience in real estate, but I want to get started. I have some money saved up, but am working part time right now for an internship. I'm wondering what people would recommend. I would eventually like to turn real estate into a full time gig, but I don't know where to start.
