First Rental Property Purchase
Hey guys!
Just wanted to hear some of your thoughts on this:
I am deliberating on my first rental property purchase. I am wondering how in depth did you guys really get with your first rental.
I've been doing my basic research into RE investing and calculations to find out what fits into my goals.
Is there anything you wish you could've told yourself before making your first rental purchase? (ex: things I should've checked etc.)
A part of me thinks that I am just overreacting and getting cold feet and need to just bite the bullet and give it a go. Consequences be damned, it will all be a learning experience from here on out, but I will have done it. I will have taken the first step.
Thank you!
