I’m a new investor looking for a mentor. How do I prove that I’m worth working with? What actions should I take? Any advice would be appreciated.

Khalil,

Market for a property and show the mentor that you're willing to do the work. Mentorship typically doesn't workout because the mentee thinks that the mentor will do all the work, which isn't the case.

Show the mentor you're hungry and just need to be pointed in the right direction.
