Looking for a good property management system for finances

Hi All,

I'm new to the bigger pockets community. I bought my first triplex last February in Phoenix and have been converting the apartments over from long term rentals to airbnb short term rentals. Things have been going very well, even through the hot summer and this pandemic. I'm getting ready to convert the third and last apartment over to airbnb and need to start looking for a system to help manage income/expenses. Excel has worked ok so far but with another airbnb unit coming shortly I need to get more professional. Looking for any recommendations on the best system to manage my income/expenses. I'll be starting off with three units but have plans to continue growing rapidly over the next couple of years.
