Starting areas in Columbus, OH

Does anyone know good areas to invest in? I am in the Columbus, Ohio markets and see potential but little ROI. I'm trying to keep it below 150k max 175. I've looks by franklinton and by 71 but. I've spoken to my realtor about some areas but I am unable to verify the rental numbers she has given me The last house we saw was by Brittany Hills. for 3 beds and 1.5 bath. She said The rental could be around 1500. I saw as high as 900.

Hi @Roberto Candelario, I would check out Southern Orchards, Franklinton, North Linden, Hungarian Village, Milo-Grogan, and South of Main are a few I would recommend.
