Wholesailing in Washington State

Hello BP community,

I’m a newbie to Real estate investing. Long term I would like to invest in single and multi-family homes in Tri-Cities WA. As I am starting out funds are tight and from what I’ve read wholesaling is a good way to get experience and build capital. I’ve been reading a lot of BP posts on direct mail and wholesaling and both look like what I want to do. However I don’t see much about wholesaling in Washington state. I’m hoping another WA wholesaler might be able to give me a little advice on getting started. Any advice at all is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time.
