Are there any auto technician investors out there?

Hi everyone my name is Victor and I'm an auto technician in Nashville. I have been self educating myself on the world of REI for close to a year now with books, podcasts, and of course BiggerPockets. I'm interested in buying buy and hold small multi family properties for cash flow in the Midwest, more specifically Indianapolis. I'm looking forward to connecting with other investors, agents, lenders, etc! Thanks for taking the time to read.
