Experience with JWB rental investing.

Resident of Nevada. I purchased 2 properties from JWB last year. I am a new investor and don't know much about real estate investing. But with countless help from JWB team; specially from Mike S. and Ashley H. The purchasing process went thru smoothly and quickly without any problem. Mike and Ashley walked me through the process and spent a lot of time clarifying things, making sure I understood and was comfortable. There was no rushing. And I was able to have tenants in right after the closing process! 

Having a tenant move out early (just few weeks ago) is unpredictable, unfortunate, uncomfortable, but is also a possibility. But again, with a lot of help from Ashley and JWB team...and a little bit of luck; the property is able to be rent out again right after preparation.

I am hopeful for the future with JWB, I really appreciate what JWB has done so far. It seems to me that JWB wants to develop and maintain trusting, long-lasting relationships with their clients.
