Looking for someone to help me FUND and LEARN!

Hey guys - my name is Emmett and I’m looking for a partner who can help with funding but also teach me the rights and wrongs about real estate. I have some skin in the game I was able to swoop up a condo this year ( in AZ) I have some money to bring to the table but I’d like to house hack with a multi family property but I don’t have a job right now because I just graduated from college so traditional loans are not an option for me right now. So maybe this partner would be able to help with that! 

I’m looking to build a team of players likeminded people. Hungry individuals who will do whatever it takes to succeed and is not afraid to take risks!

I’m currently living in BOSTON but looking to move to AZ (this is also where my condo is).
