Foreigner Investor in Rental Real Estate

Hello All,

I really hope you could have the time to help me out with my specific situation.

I am a new eager investor that is currently building up my knowledge base using books, podcasts and online courses.

I am an investor from the Middle East, which makes me a non US citizen nor a US resident.

I have some questions as a foreigner, maybe you can help me with:

  1. 1) How can I set up a limited company "My to be Rental Company :)" in the US as a foreigner?
  2. 2) How can I apply for mortgages and loans as a foreigner?
  3. 3) What will be my rental Real Estate taxation rules as a foreigner?
  4. 4) What will be the property capital gain taxation rules as a foreigner?
  5. 5) Can you help me where to search for CPA's/Lawyer's that specializes with foreign investors in Real Estate?

Apologize for the number of questions. And I appreciate your help in advance.

Regards,

Omar
