Hey, guys. I am a new investor, and I also just started working with a multi-family firm out of Long Beach. I am in the process of looking to get into my first property, and I was wondering if any investors had experience in the LB/San Pedro area that they would be open to sharing? More specifically, I was curious what factors made or broke your deals (rental pros and cons of certain areas, etc), and what strategies were the most successful for you? (fix and flip, BRRR, Buy and hold?)
