Very Little Money To Get Started

It seems that every one is investing in properties that are quite expensive. When I say I'm just getting started I mean that I'm looking at properties under 5K and hoping to negotiate the price down from there. I have found a website called econohomes.com that has properties listed in and around the price range that I'm looking for and I just wanted to share the info. I will be in the big leagues with you guys soon!!
