Do you have your own contract for contractors?
Investors. When you contact a contractor to do your rehab they usually have a contract you have to sign? Based on what some experienced investors say, they have their own that the contractor does as well. That contract includes frequency of payment, budget, schedule etc.
1. Do many of you use it or do you set expectations verbally or email?
2. If so, where can I find such a document?
