Best Tools for Wholesaling

I’m a pretty new investor in Central Texas focusing on wholesaling at the moment. I’ve been using Freedomsoft to generate leads and skiptrace them. I’ve been, generally, less than impressed with the comps it provides as well as the amount of money it charges to do the skiptracing. What are y’all’s recommendations for tools for wholesaling in the Central Texas area?
