Rental Propertied in Berkshire County, MA

Hello everyone!

My partners and I are looking into buying some rental properties in Berkshire County, MA. Specifically, we’re focused on Great Barrington, Lenox,  Lee and Stockbridge. We’re also considering Pittsfield and North Adams, but potentially as section 8.

Wondering if anyone here has some insight into where I can find the most accurate comps and rental data? I feel like in my research, I’m finding numbers all over the map...the agent we’re working with hasn’t sent over data regarding p/sf and avg/median rents.

Basically, trying to do as much due diligence as possible (first property if you couldn’t guess, haha), and I would appreciate any and all insight you have!

On a side note, very much looking forward to making some connections in the market...I live in New York, but I’m out that way typically once a month or so, more than happy to find a time to connect!
