I recently came into a large amount of money and wanted to invest in real estate. My landlord who owns about 80 units wants to invest with me.I'm a newbie and don't know a whole lot.he wants me to put up the money to buy and flip houses. He seems to be successful in what he does.Any advice would be much appreciated.

Shane, you don't have to have a clue about what a deal is today. However you should not invest until you get a clue. If I said you should wait a year before investing what would you think?
