Looking to house hack

My wife and I are attempting to buy our first investment property and hopefully house hack with it. We are struggling to find a property . I am currently deployed and my wife lives 4 hours away from the location we are moving to. How can I find deals from 8,000 miles away? I have multiple real estate agents searching but that hasn't helped me. Please help!
