22 Year Old From Long Island, NY Getting Started in RE Investing

Hey Everyone!

My name is Justin and I am a 22 year old from Long Island, NY looking to get into RE investing. I am mainly concerned about the obstacles regarding my age since I just graduated college this past December and I have limited credit history and have only been working full time for a little less than a year. Additionally, I know LI/NYC is an expensive market to break into and am looking into investing out of state and potentially buying turnkey property. Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated.
