First Time Wholesaler Needs Help, Central New Jersey

Hi All: I'm new to the real estate game. I lost my restaurant and income due to COVID and am looking to start wholesaling to learn and hopefully make some much needed money to help with living expenses. I found several properties in my neighborhood and I'm scheduled to tour them tomorrow. I have more on the way. I'll need a few local flip or BRRRR investors. Is anyone willing to work with a newbie trying to learn the ropes. I live in Ewing Township New Jersey. Any help on my first step here would be great. Contractors, investors please contact me.
