Hello all! I am just starting my Washington real estate classes to work towards getting licensed! I am an 18 year old college student/athlete and I am very motivated to start my career! Does anyone have any advice for me, weather or be testing tips or certain things that I should really focus on during classes? Any and all advice helps!
