How to contact owners other than using the mailing system

When I start with wholesaling I was thinking about driving for dollars, and so I did. Now that I have addresses how do I reach out to the owners other than mailing? How do I find the phone numbers or emails of these owners? I want to contact them directly to get right down to offerings.
