The OTHER FEATURES/ TOOLS of the Flipster software platform...

I have read a lot of the threadson the Flipster Software Platform. All focus mainly on the lead generation. What are some opinions on the other features like the scripts, the contracts, RVM, skip tracing, SMS blasts, the deal analyzers, comp tool and others? Does having all this in one platform matter? Does it make sense as a platform to run the business and run in conjunction with a better lead generator or other software package like List Source or Propstream? Can it really streamline the process of flipping a house with its tool box.
