What is the best way to start

David Hobart
Posted

So I currently live in my house that is paid off. My Uncle is the executor of my father's estate and is signing over the deed to me. I have saved up about 15k over the last 12 months with my current job and probably will have about 20k by the end of the year. I have also been building up my credit to a 740. With a credit line of 22k. I am a plumber and it's a lot of work on my body. My goal is to be out of the daily grind in 8 years <43>. I am very busy working 55-65 hours a week. I have contractors that I can use. I am ready to start.
