How to building right real estate team

I am new to the real estate and I am trying to build my team at this stage. I am looking for an attorney and real estate agent who is an investor as well to advise me from an investor perspective I am looking for reliable contractors as well. I am based on the DFW area but I am also targeting the small city in 1-2 hrs drive reduces.

I appreciate any lead on how to find and build a good team.
