Need advice on House Hacking

Good Afternoon team,

I’m single and I currently bought a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house all to myself. I bought a big house because I had a rough childhood and I was sick and tired of living in small houses with my family. I’m career set and have no credit, school or car debt.

In all in all, I’m debt free. My good friend suggested me to download BP and to “House Hack” my rooms that I am not using. It seems like a good idea but i would like hear different people experiences using the house hack methods and what methods/tools you guys are currently using help achieve the house hacking methods. Lastly, I would like to know where could I possibly find tenets and how to build a contract to make it possible.
