Double Closing- End buyer has conventional loan

Hi, I am new to wholesaling and investing in general. I have a property under contract to buy and I've already found an end buyer, and have them under contract to sell. I'm using transactional funding to initially buy the house and then plan to do a double close and sell the house to my end buyer who has a conventional loan. I have read a few different opinions on this method. Some say its fine, and others say I may run into problems with the bank on the final sale.

The end buyer has used this lender before on previous homes, and he has already put 20% down for this transaction.

Any reassurance or advice is appreciated. Thanks!
