DBA name for P&S and Addendums

Is it acceptable to use your DBA name as the buyer when purchasing a contract you intend to close on yourself and or wholesale. Also can you use the DBA name in your addendum verbiage (assuming you have one).

For instance I have an addendum that I include with every contract I write. For instance some lines from my addendum would read:

"(Name of your DBA) and its affiliates are professional homebuyers and buy houses below market value for a profit."

"Seller is aware that the Bill Mitchell of (Name of your DBA) holds a valid Real Estate License, but in no way does Bill Mitchell, (Name of DBA), or its affiliates represent the seller."

I realize that buying with your DBA name is not considered an entity and essentially the same if you bought with your personal name. Until now I have been writing in my personal name, but Id like to write in my DBA name if I can until I set up my LLC because I think it looks more professional.

Thoughts?
