A one bedroom condo in the city OR 2 bedrooms house in suburb
I recently sold my apartment in New York and moved to Delaware. I’m debating weather to get a somewhat “luxury” high rise condo in Wilmington, or to get a recently renovated small house in Dover. Both of the listed price is around 160k. Not sure which one is better if I want to rent it out in the future. Thanks.
