Looking to BRRRR out of state. What should I be aware of?

Hey Everyone,

Just testing the waters here to see what everyone thinks! I am looking to do the BRRRR method. I haven't ever done it before and I intend to do it out of State. I currently live in AZ but am looking to do it in Memphis potentially. I am just seeing what people have to say, what markets they target, what experiences they have had in this endeavor especially in terms of long distance BRRRR and whatever other pertinent information or advice anyone might want to shoot in the direction of a new investor.

All the best stay safe out there and good luck!

The BRRRR and the Long Distance Real Estate Investing books by David Greene will give you everything you need! Special focus on the contracting part as that bit me in the butt. Don't skimp or skip on the contractor parts of these books - they are vital to your project being successful!
